Congratulations to our own Ross McConnell along with nephew James Hammill (Gawler) who qualified for Champions Week in the State Pairs event.
After winning through sectional play last Sunday, the boys first took on Ross White & Mitchell Walker in their first knockout – winning 17-9.
Their 2nd knockout game was played against Tony Devlin & Ken Holtham from the Marion club. Ross and James won that match 21-8.
The boys won their last knockout game (score and opponents unknown) but were successful.
Champions Week is being played at Playford Bowling Club from Sunday April 26 to May 3rd, 2020.
